10 Week Fitness Challenge
This class is designed for adults who are wanting to exercise and get fit in a non-competitive environment. Classes are designed to work all areas of the body in a safe way that accommodates to each individual. The personal trainer in charge will monitor and correct technique throughout the session to ensure you reach your goals as quickly as possible!
