Adult Conditioning
If you enjoy Adult Dance, you’ll love this! A 30 minute class that focuses on increasing your strength, flexibility and understanding of dance technique, through specific stretching and conditioning. Conveniently placed before our Wednesday Night Adult Dance, we encourage you to come to Adult Conditioning and Adult Dance so you can apply and practice your new skills straight away – a great fitness combo!

- to learn and polish great routines
- exposure to a range of dance styles!
10 Week Fitness Challenge
This class is designed for adults who are wanting to exercise and get fit in a non-competitiveenvironment. Classes are designed to work all areas of the body in a safe way that accommodates to each individual participant. The personal trainer in charge will monitor and correct technique throughout the session to ensure you reach your goals as quickly as possible!
