At Aussie Bodz we offer both group and personal training to accomodate for everyone’s needs.

Our Group training sessions run in 10 Week Blocks. We call this the:
10 Week Fitness Challenge

Why not start the weekend the healthiest way possible! The Aussie Bodz 10 Week Fitness Challenge is an outdoor fitness class run at Maroubra Beach. We meet at 8am on Saturday morning and complete a 1hour work out that involves:

  • a short warm up
  • cardio workout
  • resistance training
  • stretching
  • a short cool down

Our classes accomodate for adults of all fitness levels. There are basic and advanced options for each exercise so you can make the workout best for you, your body and your health. The workout environment is fun, friendly and non-competitive… not to mention sociable! We love having a Saturday morning chat after class.

Personal Training
One-On-One or With Friends

Aussie Bodz offers One-On-One Personal Training. We also give clients the option to have Personal Training sessions with friends!

Personal Training with Aussie Bodz will involve:

  • Analysis of your personal fitness and health goals
  • Fitness testing on the first session (to see where you’re at)
  • A personalised workout program that is designed for YOU!
  • Regular training sessions on a weekly basis
  • Exercises for you to take home and work on
  • Nutritional information and a guide to healthy eating
